I am trying to find Wilkes family members that may still be living in Wimbledon. I have come across a number of Wilkes family photographs that I would like to forward to my family members in Wimbledon. My mother Annie Milkins nee Wilkes had a brother living at 9 Spencer Hill Wimbledon many years ago. His name was Roland Wilkes and he had married Maisie Halfhead. They had a son Roland and a daughter Connie. I don't know if Connie had children or if she is still alive. As I understand, Roland junior has died but I have been told that his son/s run a carpet shop/warehouse in Wimbledon. Is there anyone on this forum that is aware of the people I refer to. |
